The sizes may vary depending on different designs.

• The Website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before completing a purchase or transaction. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate.

• If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

• Price and availability information provided on this website is subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka. 

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY.

• We can ensure that all our products are thoroughly tested before the launch to ensure longevity and durability of the product. Please note that the durability and longevity of any product depends on the care and usage of the product. We will not be held responsible for any issues occurring due to misuse or improper care of any product.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY.

• Yousa Int Trading exchange policy allows you to exchange any Yousa Int Trading product purchased online within 07 days of receipt. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

• No refund or reimbursement of any monies paid is allowed even if the exchange item is of a lower price than the original purchased item .

• To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at info@yousabd.com or 01912262828. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

• In case of any cancellations of any order(s) due to inevitable circumstances the paid amount would be refunded. Customer need to report an issueas refund category and should mention his/her desired refund type(i.e. bkash/bank/card number) along with details (bkash personal number, bank account details) and it well be take 45 working days to procese.

•  Temporarily suspending product returns & exchange in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns & exchange of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at our stores & e commerce. Once a produce has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund or exchange.

• Yousa Int. Trading reserve the right to alter this policy at any time .

• Please note:
  • No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/refundable.
  • No monetary refund is acceptable.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. You can also check to see if our shipping service is available for the address you intend to have your ordered products delivered to. 

In the current pandemic situation, orders will be delivered to only selected areas in and outside Dhaka depending on logistics service availability.

CHANGE.

• We may modify, alter or update the terms and conditions of this website from time to time. We will notify you of any such modifications to this website by posting notice of such changes in Facebook. If you continue using this site after the modifications it will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and policies.
